About Us
Welcome to Haomics Lab. Our research focuses on genomics and population health. We develop and apply cutting-edge statistical genomics and bioinformatics methods to dissect the genetic mechanisms underlying complex human diseases and improve disease risk prediction.
Our methodological research integrates statistical learning and artificial intelligence frameworks to analyze high-dimensional multi-omics data. We develop novel statistical models and computational algorithms, with a particular emphasis on polygenic risk scoring (PRS) and nonlinear omics association methods.
We further employ a comprehensive suite of genomic analytical strategies, including GWAS, TWAS, PWAS, PheWAS, MR, and Coloc, to systematically dissect the genetic architecture of complex traits and diseases. Our current research applications primarily center on cardiovascular, metabolic, and urinary system disorders.
